Marzocchi (more specifically the parent company Teneco) is in a bit of financial trouble at the moment. I bet the decision had more to do with available budgets than Flyin' Brian.
Ah well, Marzo's loss is X-Fusion's gain, lets see them adding some trophies to the pile Mr Lopes!
@ Climberclimb, you'd be fine. PB forgot to mention the best thing about Easton carbon bars, lifetime warranty and no weight limits.
Tested that warranty out ealier this year when my very old, very beat up CNT DH's snapped in a crash. Easton sent me a pair of these, no questions asked beside showing the proof of purchase for the old ones, well pleased so I was! Bet no other company would replace a seven year old set of bars for free.
Captain Eyebrows!!!
Good to see him back looking ready to race, 2010/11 must have sucked for Sam.
Wade Simmons...
No wait... John Cowan, Robbie Bourdon?
Carlin Dune, nah, maybe Joe Schwartz?
Oh, I got it!
Josh Bender!
Teehee...
My God, she's got here brother's eyes.
She just needs to stare at everyone else until they panic and abandon the race half way down...
I meant that paying 465 Euro for a wheelset based on the X9 hubs was stupid. I thought the rest of the comment made that clear.
Anyway, my point stands, anyone who pays that much for a set of x9 hubs with xm719 clone rims is a moron. 350 Euro(ish) gets you Pro 2 Evos and Stans Flows or Crests. Better wheels, less money, tough choice.
465 euros for the X-9 hubs?!?
Anyone who buys those Rise 40s over a set of Hope (Or Mavic, Shimano, DT, Fulcrum...) wheels is officially a moron...
I want that feathers one for my fork.
I don't care that it's a sEktor 150, I want those stickers, now!
Serious question, is that the biggest winning margin for the worlds ever?
PS, DAANNNNYYY!!!
Oi Matt!
I dispute that this isn't a big hit capable bike. A couple of guys rode them at the Fort Bill six hours race last year and they all made it to the end. I think surviving six hours of runs down fort bill qualifies you as big hit capable, they were all in better nick than their owners at the end too!
I'm interested in the Ariel 160mm they've been talking about for a while, although jamming a 36 on one of these generates good results... About Us
